Having just purchased a new computer and going through the stress of loading software 
and making sure it is all compatible, I would say that ICT means.....Daniel needs to know 
more.   ICT, commonly known to those in the know is Information, Communication 
Technology.   I need to communicate with others to obtain information on how to use this 
god damn technology#@*
